Cydia Can anyone assist me with Jailbreaking ?

So guys im completley new to Jailbreaking my devices and havent a clue where to start 

I tried to do it before but I couldnt install any of the sources as I was getting an error.

So im looking to jailbreak my Ipad Air which is running 9.2 atm is it possible to jailbreak this ?

Hmmm the problem is that, he/she is running on 9.2. Which I normally use https://jbme.qwertyoruiop.com/ for my 9.3, I'm not sure that will work for him/her

That site works to rejailbreak; it doesn't install cydia or any of the other basic packages included in a typical first time jailbreak.. Using the official Pangu App works for 9.2-9.3.3.. There's an English version and Chinese version, both work the same more or less.

After sideloading the Pangu .ipa using Cydia Impactor, the device can be jailbroken, and then if it ever reboots or powers off then either the app or the website will work to return to jailbroken state.. (Website works with 9.2 I used it on a friend's phone.)
