Try using a different VPN maybe, It will trick the tap joy system.

if its an optiin for you you can jnstall magisk and lpexposed, they have plwnty of modules tthat you could use to mask,spoof or change all of your identifiers. Aswell like someone else stated, switch uo accounts every so often, make a new gmail, reset your device, use sock5 proxies.
