General Mortal Kombat X Mobile Ban

Hi guys,

Anyone know a way of unbanning an account in Faction Wars for the iOS Mortal Kombat X? Been banned for literally no reason whatsoever and WB are useless with their e-mail responses.

First thing this should be in help and support

second thing are you jailbroken or not 

third thing if you are jailbroken download apps manager from cydia and go inside and click on mortal combat and then click on wipe

my bad, didn't check topics thoroughly. I'm not jailbroken no, be really appreciative if there was a way of unbanning without jailbreak

Edit there is a way to unban from game loft games but not mortal combat
