TL;DR: Use a relevant and clear title for your issue, and be as detailed as possible in your post!

To help us assist you faster, please follow these support posting guidelines before creating a new topic.

 

🔹 1. The Title

The title of your topic is crucial! A well-written title encourages other users to click and help you. If your title is vague, users may ignore your post.

A good title should briefly summarize the issue.

✅ Examples of good titles:

• 📌 Apple Arcade games won't work when sideloaded
• 🔍 Should I turn ON Developer Mode to use third-party apps?
• ⚠️ AppName is no longer available - Sideloadly
• 🎮 Cookie Run with Sideloadly: Non-existent bundle ID

🚫 Avoid vague titles like: - "Help me!" - "Issue with an app" - "Not working, please fix"

 

📝 2. The Content of Your Topic

The content is even more important. Provide a clear and detailed explanation of your issue, including:

• 📱 Your iDevice model (e.g., iPhone 16, iPad Pro)
• 🛠️ Your iOS version (e.g., iOS 18.4)
