Old IPB3 Layout is Now Available!

Hello,

To everyone who wants to live in 2006, I have some good news for you! 

If you're a die hard fan of the old IPB3 layout, you can now bring it back with a few clicks (or taps)! All you have to do is make sure you're using the light theme, then open up the Background Picker, and select Background #3. If you don't know which one that is, it's this one.

As soon as you select Background #3, the layout will change to the familiar IPB3 one but, of course, with a more modern look! Color picker will still work on certain elements. Suggestions and improvements are welcomed!
