Uninstall it or disable notifications

Just delete Symptomsd

You can find the file in

/usr/libexec/Symptomsd

Should be fine but zip up the file before you delete it. 

Zip it as in archive the plist before you delete the actual file, then if anything happens go and unzip the archive.

To unzip the plist from the archive just tap on the zipped file and "Unarchive" 

You should not receive the crash report spam now but leave the zip on the device In case you need it.
