Help/Support Cydia Impactor Error

Hi guys, i need help with cydia impactor, im getting this error even tried with several apple ids,

Provision.cpp:81

ios/addAppId =9999

Get the latest Cydia impactor.

https://cydia.saurik.com/api/latest/2

In Cydia impactor under xcode go to revoke certificates.

It will ask for email like when you are inatalling the Yalu IPA.

When finished, drag the IPA over to Cydia impactor.

Seems like you need an Apple Developer account.

i am having a problem with error 159, its says

HTTP-win.cpp.159

Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates

SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

 

any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
