ive downloaded the beta's but theyre zip files how do i change this to .ipsw so it can be used with itunes?

Extract the zip file & see if you can find the ipsw file inside. If you can't find the ipsw, change the .zip file to .ipsw. Like 8.2_beta_2_blahblah.zip to 8.2_beta_2_blahblah.ipsw. Make sure to unhide the file extension settings in your PC.
