How can we get to iOS 8.2 BETA? We'll need a Developer account??

I know that ppghost supported ios 8 jailbreak and i don't think it will work with 8.2b2 they and taig team used the same exploit

yesterday,taig team‘s partner-3K helper said we can get official tool today,but they deleted that topic....

How can we get to iOS 8.2 BETA? We'll need a Developer account??

Restore to 8.1.3 then shift + update to 8.2 beta without needing dev account

Restore to 8.1.3 then shift + update to 8.2 beta without needing dev account
