SO i usually recompile and decompile apks , duh but there is something significant about some apps like free fall is that you can decompile the apk , but you can never recompile it even if you made a change or no

 

I use apktool to decompile and recompile as it works the best and designed to do so

try using a different tool on the same game and see if you get the same error.

I remember this kind of error,

 

If I remember correctly, you'll have to downgrade your apktool version to 2.1.1

 

Then decompile the apk again & then you should be able to recompile again

What I did was not edit the APK

2.2.0 works fine with me (tested Free Fall)

when you type the command 'apktool b 'name' ' 

it will say under that: using apktool 2.2.0 (or yours)

I tried both , once after editing , deleted everything , decompiled again , didn't touch anything and recompiled again , same problem
