I wanted to upload an image, using the tags, but IOSGods is giving the error "You are not allowed to use this imge extenssion in our community." Thanks in advance

Check the font size & type. Change it to default.

and place the image URL inside that gap

It's probably the host of the Link that We don't allow on here, but you can install the image and re-upload it to Imgur and then copy the Link from Imgur and use it.
