Help!

I'm running ios 10.2.1 on my iPhone 6

and I am trying to get this SimCity hack but when I go to import the hack

it get a popup that says Error occurred when importing [my last backup file]

can someone tell me why this is happening and how can I fix it?

below it said Errorcode:7 and ive never seen error code 7 or its solution.

You should try/use the new 2018 tutorial on installing save game hacks. It works and supports latest iOS versions also. Unlike iBackupBot.
