My IPhone 6 plus 64gb keeps saying storage allmost full when i download a tweak but it says im only using 11 gb. Icleaner says that the top row at 95% is . I don't know what it means or how to fix it.

that 95% is your ram.

Storage almost full is a cydia error message which can be fixed by using "stashing" on 9.3+

Downloaded stashing it rebooted my device now its on 87 % is that the normal percentage ?
