hello everyone, i have a strange problem and don't know how to fix it, yeasterday i was planning to do RESET ALL while was jailbroken, because phone got a bit laggy, i made RESET ALL, installed JB again, and had this https://iosgods.com/topic/46093-how-to-fix-varlibdpkgstatus-error-restore-and-erase-all-settings-error/#entry1474725 problem, solved it with that tutorial, but after solving this one, appeared this  problem, but the thing is that i am running ios 10.2 as shown on this    screen, can anyone help me to solve this problem? the tweak i want to install, is already shown in settings
