hi is it best to jailbreak for using iosgod hacks?

In my personal opinion it is indeed best to JailBreak your iDevice

I wouldn't say "it is best for you to jailbreak you're device" I would say it's up to you , not all hacks require a jailbreak , yes some Jailbroken hacks are better than the non-Jailbroken hacks but that don't make it "best" to jailbreak.
