This is what Cydia shows when I open it and I can't search anything or get sources or repos nothing

Use ifile or nothing happens then

 

You should restore to 9.3.3 again and rejailbreak.

 

Download 9.3.3 IPSW from ipsw.me and SHIFT + click restore on iTunes.

Maybe try letting the sources and all that stuff to reload then try again
