Help/Support Crunchyroll's updated episodes not playing

Hi guys,

Thanks for your time

I've recently installed the hack for premium account of crunchyroll, on my jailbroken IPhone 6, ios 9.3.3

With this I can watch everything great, no ads, great quality

But when I go to the"new" section and click on "updated episodes" and click on one of the animes to watch (they also have a small crown in front of their name), the screen comes up to play but it gives me an error of "unable to load video" it gives me this error for all the new updated episodes

I wanted to know if this is normal for the hack or it's just me, and if it's possible to be fixed.

Ive tried the other hacks aswell but same thing for all of them.

Also it has nothing to do with the airplane mode, just saying
