So I'm on iPad air iOS 9.3.2 jailbroken and none of my apps are appearing on my home screen and I've tried rebooting but nothing happens

Go to setting reset click on reset home screen layout

the only thing that's working is my password and when you scroll up from the bottom and when you scroll down from the top
