Help/Support Cant see cydia

[JarkoSUKS 12 iPad (6th Generation) 12.4]

On my friends iPad mini retina (same as mine) he wont see cydia. it worked few weeks ago when i jailbreaked it, it worked for a good time. then it disappeared. i have rejailbroken it many times and no cydia. i have looked for solutions but no. pl0x halp1!1!!1!1!!1

Try to to write cydia:// in safari

Type in your safari: cydia://

 

Then reinstall UIKit Tools.
