Help/Support how to access data from crashed LCD note 3

hi, my Galaxy note 3 crashed last night by dropping.....  now how to access my whatsapp media and my chat history include contact from it...its connnected to laptop and opened its phone storage but  unable to show whatsapp media and other data

how to access  it......

Unable as in? Theres a full "whatsapp" folder

If you cant access that, I suggest you copy the whole directory (as much as what you can) and paste it to your computer and then new device

is that data going to appear in other device whatsapp or what after paste it into other device?

i have checked it... its succesfully shows my images but the most important is i want to get my chatmate numbers which are unsaved and videos exchanged between us

Videos will be in Media if you downloaded. Unsaved contacts i doubt it. 

 

If the screen is gone but phone works you could theoretically take a backup. Googling gave a few options you could try

If you set your email account on your phone to backup your data you should be able to get your pictures and your contacts back, you just need to sign in another android device then restore your saved data from your old device to the new one, if that is not the case check this out

Before it broke did you back up the appdata to your sd card

If i loss data from my phone , i would like to use the Android data recovery tool . which can restore deleted Android data form phone by scanning memory or SD card ,

I also suffered from this trouble ever. I used to deleted some data from Android phone and, It took long time to recover them back  ,  so i get a solution to restore lost data on Android memory phone ,
