I have a jailbroken iPad Air2 with iOS 8.1 and i want to upgrade or restore and upgrade to iOS 9.3.3 (no iOS 10). Does anyone know any way to achieve this ?

Impossible now. Actually impossible like a half a year ago I think. Apple un-signed 9.3.3 a long time ago bro. Ya should of gotten 10.1.1 nowadays if you want to use updated packages You beat me too it

Yea but what if i have the ipsw saved in my computer? And what about 10.1.1? Can i atleast upgrade to it because Apple released 10.1.2 and i think is not possible either.
