Help/Support Hacked app that gives Instagram comments?

I'm almost certain there's a thread around here with a hack regarding an app that gives you comments for Instagram, similar to how there's a hack for Instalikes.

However I don't know the name of the app so I wouldn't know what to search, if anyone that knows about this can point me in the right direction, that would be amazing!
