Which is the best graphics card for me?

I feel like i really need to upgrade my graphics card but i don't know much about computers..... 

 

My CPU is a Skylake i5 6400 with a GTX 950 and my mother board socket is a 1151 LGA

 

What graphics card should i upgrade to? or should i just get a better CPU?

Upgrade to 1060 or 1070 or even the ultimate 1080.

I'd say your best bet is an RX 480. It's around that price point. It outperforms the gtx 1060 in DX 12 and it performs about the same in DX 11.

Hey im an IT Tech and your the best GPU that wont bottleneck you are: RX 470-480 i'd prefer the aftermarket custom build, GTX 1060 6GB by GIGABYTE.

 

Also i'd recommend an intel i5 6600 or K edition

 

As for motherboard if you want the maximum potential for your CPU you should get Z170 motherboard, doesnt matter by what subvendor. The Z170 is the most efficient motherboard for Skylake Architecture CPUs.
