Help/Support iTunes not recognizing iPad

So I plugged my iPad into my Mac computer, and iTunes doesn't recognize it. My iPhone gets recognized, so I don't think the usb cable or the computer is the problem. I unlocked the iPad too...

Nope, the problem is not the usb cable, because it works on my phone but not iPad

it's either your iPad vs. the version of iTunes is too wide or your iTunes is not updated enough to your iPad....... What version of iTunes and iPad do you have?

It was working fine a few days ago and all of a sudden it didn't work. iPad is 9.3.4 and iTunes is latest version

go to iTunes website and reinstall

Even I face these issues sometimes , reboot your device . both of them , try replugging and follow this 

 

 

 

If you use a Mac

1. Hold down the Option key, click the Apple menu, and choose System Information or System Report.
2. Select USB from the list on the left. 
3. If you see your iPhone, iPad, or iPod under USB Device Tree, uninstall third-party security software. If not, contact Apple Support.

   

 

 

Just follow the steps and do contact apple support as mentioned if STEP 2 Doesn't work
