Help/Support iPhone Disabled after too many attempts, anyway to bypass/retrieve photos?

Hi,

My grandma has an iPhone 5c, and went to update her phone today. When it got to the "Hello" screen it asked for a passcode. The problem is that she never created a passcode, and no one who's used her phone said they created one either. My uncle tried to get into the phone too many times and now the phone says "iPhone is disabled. Connect to iTunes"

My grandma has never backed up her phone or connected it to a computer, so everything is on her phone. Her phone is not jailbroken and she just updated to iOS 10.2 (I think). Is there anyway I can bypass the disabled screen and get her phone back to normal? Or at least a way to copy the pictures off her phone.

Any help is appreciated!

Anytrans 5 seems like it would work, except that it requires me to trust the computer, which I can't do since I can't unlock her phone. She's never plugged it into a computer so she doesn't have any trusted computers. Is there anyway to bypass the trust this computer requirement?

Oh shiz , you must trust it in order for it to work . Does it charge when connected ? On a Windows PC , you can take it like a "drive" when you connect and in there , you get the "DCIM folder" with your photos . Let me figure out a solution . Sometimes , when you update , It kinda acts like setting up a device and it might have asked you for a passcode while setting up , though . has icloud photo sharing been switched on on her phone ?

In windows, if you see computer, it shows iPhone in devices. Copy photos from there. May or may not work, im not sure

I've never seen an iDevice generate a password without the user setting it lol. If it still has a warranty, bring it to apple.

On a Windows PC , you can take it like a "drive" when you connect and in there , you get the "DCIM folder" with your photos . Let me figure out a solution . You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes." with the option to select Try Again, Cancel, or More Information, which links to this article.

She wouldn't know how to setup iCloud, so unless someone else turned it on then probably not. I asked for her email and password, so once I get that I'll check if she did.

Yeah the iPhone showed up, but when I opened it the folder was empty. I don't know if there's a different way to get into the phone, since I normally use a Mac.

No folders show up at all. I double click on iPhone, which then opens and it shows Internal Storage and how much space she has free. But when I double click on that it says "this folder is empty"

That means your grandmas phone got reset ?! how musch free space does it show when connected ?
