Help/Support Racing Rivals: Possible Tweak?

Okay so my iPhones jailbroken and I have gamegem or whatever which has the "speed" tweak which I can slow down / speed up time so for example in the lotus (which the launch is at the rev limiter) I can slow it down to -30 realtime so on the 3rd light I do it which also slows down the RT so I can run perfect times all day right .

 

Having that in mind on some occasions when I used it without pressing the gas the 2 dots are lighted green so my curiosity is instead of tweaking the game would it be possible to make a tweaked app to where we could make it so specifically where the gas is it is pressured just to the right amount where it says on perfect launch ? Idk I've never tweaked anything in my life aha just a thought . But also considering you can speed up / slow down the lights you could have couple of minutes to set up the tweak know what I mean ?

 

Maybe like a macro recorder or something ?
