I just bought ipad off someone but its icould lock is it away i could remove it ? I been trying to do it and noting happen keep telling me its lock with the person first letter of the email ? Could anybody help me please thx

Best bet is to try and do whatever you can to contact the previous owner. If you can't, I don't think there's much you can do.

you will need to contact the previous owner to remove away his icloud lock , he must go to icloud.com and in his devices section he should mark your ipad sold or not owned anymore

Also ~ are you able to access the device , like use it or you cant even enter into the home screen ?

I've seen one program from a year or two ago but it never got released. Maybe you can convince Apple to reset it.
