Well basically I open the app, then I watch the video. It keeps switching screens from loading to a blank screen. And if I leave the app, and come back later, it doesn't give me points

You have to login in both apps. Whenever it switches screen. It watchs a video and add 5 points.

I logged in in both apps, but when I go to the video, and I leave it in the background, and come back, no points. Do you know why? Note : I actually turn off my iPad, but the app still in background, is that why?
