Tool Name is App Admin. Install ist go to AppStore hold the Finger on Open than can you das downgrade to old Version Start Game it Crash than Download aktually version Buy gems.

There's easier way! In AppStore downgrade to latest version(no matter even if you already have it) it will RE download app, buy 14000 gems with locaiapstore then go AppStore and tap downgrade to latest version, no need going to first version and having "please update" message. Downgrading to latest will just reinstall app so trick with localiapstore will work.
