I have tested TSProtector 8&9 and xCon 42 beta 2 but neither has helped me, the game keeps crashing. I also reinstalled it

Try Breakthrough. I have both that and XCon 42 installed and I'm able to play with no issues.

 

I also have "Masterball" installed but I don't think that works outside of Pokemon Go. I could be wrong. Just try one of those two and see if that helps.

Not sure if you already tried but delete xcon and only use tsprotector. Having both of them active was causing a crash. Removing xCon fixed it

Use the xCon from Insanely I, not the beta 42. Works for me!

Before I updated to iOS 10.1.1 in queue for the GUI jailbreak, I got Super Mario Run to work with tsProtector 8+ (iOS 7, 8, 9) from HackYouriPhone repo.

 

I also have Pokemon GO installed and PokePatch + xCon for Pokemon GO also from HYi and I had no issues running either.

 

Side note: for Pokemon GO to FULLY work (pokemon and pokestops spwanning) I ALSO had to install the Flex patch titled pokemon go mega patch.
