So I have searched and found old sources but not sure which one is safe. Is there a way to respring or reboot without having to re-jailbreak my phone everytime?

i have this app called cydia, when i install something it sometimes says respring, then i press it and jailbreak is still active

Depends which iOS firmware you're on. 9 and lower, you do not.

 

For iOS 9 and higher, rebooting requires you to re-jailbreak, respringing doesn't.

well if its a semi--tethered jailbreak then you have to re jaibreak.Though there is no other option

Respring doesn't require you to re-jailbreak, you can resping by entering 

killall SpringBoard

in MTerminal o.s
