Help/Support [URGENT!]iPad Mini Jaibreak Corruption (I think)

Today, while I was just updating tweaks on Cydia and browsing around for some tweaks, I decided to upgrade three of my tweaks they were:

•Aspahlt Xtreme Cheats (from Airmax's Repo) which I never used after I got insta banned after using the app once with cheats.

•The PP(two Chinese characters that I forgot) app that was basically a Chinese appcake, it comes on your device after using the latest jailbreak of Pangu for 9.3.3. I ended up deleting this tweak later thinking it was the problem.

•A Tweak named YouTube++ (from the Hackyouriphone repo) which is supposed to:

-Disable adds

-Add buttons to skip forward in videos

-Allow to download videos

-and etc.

For some odd reason, Cydia was asking me to clear before installation. This had happened to me several time before, so I thought it was normal. Later, they finally installed and it asked me to respring as always in Cydia. After I had resprung, when I turned on the device all my user apps were gone. I went to settings and they still took up all of the storage as before, so I knew they weren't deleted. I resprung like 5 times with no result. Like the dumbass I was I thought "Hmmm... Maybe If I reboot that might make the device work like normal". Since I'm in a semi tethered jailbreak, everytime you reboot the jailbreak wares off until you go through a certain app that makes the device jail broken again. It didn't work is the short answer, I slammed my head against the wall as hard as I f**king could because of how stupid my decison was. I hate myself right now. The app that brings the device back to jailbreak is gone, along with the other 100+ apps I had on there. Of course, they still take up storage, but they don't show up. After seeking for a solution, I noticed that when I click on wifi or privacy my iPad goes nuts and it freezes for a short while and I have to clear it from multitasking. AppStore,clock,Calendar,FaceTime,contacts and safari are some of the many apps that crash or don't work on launch. I use this iPad for everything (Games, Music, Photoshop, Movies, YouTube), literally everything. I am posting this through my old iPhone right now. This is an URGENT cry for help, I don't know if I just bricked this device or what, but I just need help now. Thanks in advance (P.S Sorry for the practically essay long Post, I just needed to explain everything clearly.)

How could I have deleted my Pangu app?!? You do understand that the "Corruption" Started after upgrading the tweaks through Cydia. It wasn't until after that (when all my apps were gone) when I delete the PP app thing. Anyway, that app was a copy of Vshare and appcake, nothing to do with Pangu at all.
