Yes but it took time as i have edited every single value , if you see the hack features -

 

All vehicles have high scores of about 10000++ on every stage 

all stages are at level 52 and seasons at 88

all vehicles maxed out

all acheivemnets 

(the rest 2 were easy)

if you are using ifile , then switch on application names in settings
