oh yeah , which is pretty messed up , try entering DFU Mode

I plugged it into my PC & it still boots over & over...

iTunes doesn't detect the iPhone 6 whilst it's doing this

Hold power and volume down button! Then if it show pout to itune then go and plug it in!
