Hello People! Here is just another signature tutorial that makes your siggys stand out a lot.

So, let's get to it

 

So basically, a signature for a forum is what you see when viewing their posts or threads. There is a picture (if they have a siggy) underneath their post. If you want something like that, you can make one yourself using Photoshop.

 

Any CS above 2-3 will do (CS means Adobe Photoshop CSx (x means number))

 

Now, about blending.

 

To start off, let me give you an example (Just some low-quality siggys of mine):

Now, look at what happens if you add blending to it (by the way, it's not just blending, but I'll teach you that in another tutorial)

 

I'll bet you're wondering 'How does he do that?'

 

Well, here it is:

 

To start off with, just add a bunch of stuff behind your main focal point (the thing you want to focus on for your siggy). I just used a load of brushing (Soft Brush, size 16 to 50 px at any Blue color).

 

And then - if you're on your brushing layer - there should be a thing that reads 'Normal' in the Layers section, just above all of your layers. Click on it, and it will give you a drop-down menu. These are blending options.

 

 

Remember, though, that if you want to have good blending, your background must not be TOO DARK, otherwise, you won't blend anything. You can start off with a Black background, but paint over it with brushes or cover it with a picture. More on that in the next tutorial.

 

If you get better at blending, think of all of the possibilities. I mean, even though this picture doesn't look good:

 

It sure does look better with enhanced blending, now doesn't it?
