The app you linked to is not so user-friendly as the app I mentioned

Also, why there's another usd9.99 version of the same app in the App Store?

The app I mentioned is absolutely free, no such things as 'premium' or 'pro' version.

Why choose the paid version when you can have the same functionality for free?
