Ok. I tried a few things and it appears that they will ban your account, but if you delete then redownload the game, you can start a new game, however, your old account will still be banned if you try to log onto it.

It appears the ban is just a popup ban associated with the Facebook account. So there's probably a way to disable it.

It doesn't say the account is banned, but you can see your account in the background for a second, then you get the server error. The only thing it's linked to is your Facebook, not your phone which is good.

I found some values in flex that might disable it. Haven't really messed with too much though.

It's not only a popup. I disabled it and the other error which comes after that but the server keeps disconnecting you in the main menu
