You have to make it look like a real fight or you'll get reported. I wouldn't call it safe, but if the fight is actually possible, you're fine. Taking 0 damage with a 3* champ in Tier 1 while killing a linked boss in AW will get you banned. Lol.

Safer to avoid AQ/AW, arena and LoL/RoL stuff, they monitor those especially if you have enemy doesn't attack on.
