Well, whoever got banned for a week it's for sharing account by my guess. It's not cause of this hack cause I came to know lots of people got banned who don't even know about this hack.

All of my accounts (plus main acc) were banned for a whole week during the second(end of July) ban wave I'm guessing

I wonder if it was for a roundabout way of account sharing since the ban was so small. I've only played on one device though so I don't know. Maybe ban for playing too many accounts on one device? 

Does anyone know if they can check for jailbreak tweak inputs? This might have been the cause.

The only way you got banned is if you abused the hack to win hard content the easy way. If you used "enemy doesn't attack" for LOL, RoL, RtL, Act 5 or the Spider-Man quests, you got banned. You have to keep your account realistic and your fights realistic. Can't do over 700 hits,, without ever receiving one. I use "enemy doesn't block" only option. Never been banned. I'm able to string a good amount of combos, can still get hit and die, but the fights are much easier.  I've completed everything but LOL.  Can't be a low level account completing end game content.
