Well I'm not sure what you're doing wrong but it's working for me.

Its just a visual, yes the values changes but they revert back as soon as you buy anything, lets say you want to buy the bank for 50,000 and you only have 43,000 and you changed the value, and tried to buy it, it will say you're missing coins, go ahead and try it

Well I still have over 900M Gold, just bought a Habitat and upgraded it all the way. Game never reseted back to anything. Closed game and opened back up and still have same amount of Gold. It's Gems that revert back since that seems to be server sided. So I'm not sure what's wrong on your side but on mine, it works and I always have over 900M Gold/Food. Gems, I only have 73.

Oh wow, on mine doesnt work for some reason although i use int64 to change and lock the values im on version 1.8.0! Any tips or you wanna inbox me how did you do it exactly

Don't use the modify and lock. Just search using the int64 like you have been, it should come back with a result less than 10 (for me it's never been higher) but if it is then go back and spend some or try again later. Then just modify the value to whatever you like. Go back in the game and collect or spend some and bam, it changes to whatever you modified it too. I'm on the same version.
