Help/Support dragonvale world .ipa help

hello, i am trying to install a app on my iphone 5 called, "dragonvale World" its the sequel to "dragonvale" and i need help, because the app doesn't support iphone5, it only supports:Compatibility: Requires iOS 9.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad Air, iPad Air Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad mini 2, iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad Air 2, iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 3 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi + Cellular, 12.9-inch iPad Pro, 12.9-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, 9.7-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, and iPod touch (6th generation 

so can anyone change the iphone version to iphone5 so i can  install it, and note, i already have the .IPA so i can give you the .ipa already, so can anyone help me?

note2: i am jailbroken on 9.0 still, i tried .IPA installer but it didn't work.

If the app tells you it requires iphone 5s and +, it means what it means lol. There's an iOS check everytime you open the game. If it's less that the requirement, it won't let you play
