Help - How to bypass iphone icloud activation

Hi,

 

My aunty just passed away, she has an iphone, her son want to use it. But after I restore the iphone it says I have to input my Aunty apple ID and Password.

 

 

We really dont know what her password and her apple id.

 

is it any possible way I can bypass the I cloud activaton?

I Already restore it, then the system ask me the apple id and password for activation

I have managed it once and it felt like it was only luck. I restored the iPhone 6S but it froze and I had to hold down the power button and home button. then it was all gone. No idea if it is possible to recreate what happened

Take it to apple and they will wipe the whole thing orrrr.... If you have legitimate proof of her being related to you then maybe something may happen but otherwise they could wipe it Updated November 2, 2016 by Alvk

Go to Apple & tell your story. You may want to bring a death certificate just in case Apple wants a proof. Otherwise, there's no way to bypass it.

You are in luck. I actually had the same issue when my father passed a month ago. You have to contact Apple via chat or phone, email in proof and within 72 hours, if they deem your proof is valid, it can be unlocked. With a legitimate death cert, you should be solid.
