There's this app(?) [ http://imgur.com/pTww7Ct ] kinda thing on my launchpad but i can't see it at finder. And i can't delete it from launchpad.

Any ideas to how to get it away?

Go to settings

Open general

Go to storage

Click on manage storage

Then there u will find this app click on it and delte it

Oh fudge. I've downloaded ebook apps. Calibre and some other app called "ultimate".

What do you recommend? Should i erase my disk? Or?

I'm not a Mac user so not sure really. Try uninstalling some stuff.

Ultimately, format and start again.
