i tried this https://iosgods.com/topic/26431-rooted-bluestacks-android-emulator-for-windowsdesktop/

but the Root.fs is not wanting to be created

It's an Android emulator which let's you run Android apps on PC.

There's no straight forward tutorial on how to use it because it makes no sense. It's like telling you how touse your phone. Do what ou want with it once you understand it.
