3. Open one of them in ifile and select 'INSTALLER' (dont install all at once! use one hack then uninstall and use another  )

3. Once finished, respring, Run the game and enjoy!

(note: When you go to search for cars, you will constantly get 999999999 stuff. Do this ONCE and disable/Uninstall the Tweak or else you will be getting 999999999 stuff every time)
