What do you mean by local profile.bin is it a game right?

Its the save file from root directory.

Okay I'm pretty sure what you're trying to say here is you want to restore your progress for MKX, is that correct? I'm afraid there is no way to do that unless you previously logged in with Facebook and/or Google Play on another account and backed it up. Simply restoring a "localprofile.bin" file won't do anything.
