General [Discussion] The availability of Dos / DDos

Hello people of iOSGods, today I want to discuss a iffy topic that may be a little bit inappropriate but Im sure some of you have noticed that this problem is getting worse and worse. Now, what are your thoughts on the availability / ease of DDos? If you aren't familiar with what I'm talking about, then let me inform you, DDos - Denial of service attack, basically means flooding a IP with malicious packets diverting legitimate packets/ data causing loss of internet access ; Which is becoming readily available, this lets people cause harm to websites/ people obviously, but this problem is increasing exponentially within younger people, who're more immature and don't realize what they're doing.

There are many DDoS tools and it's fairly easy for a user to obtain one. And yes, mostly immature people use them and think they have the power of god over the internet just because they press a big red button saying "Start DDoS".
