it safe 

it allow u can build 4 building , and workers will add university

i use it long time , not ban 

this feature will allow u time about university

but u only build 4 building , not than

u can update tht feature for me ???

There's no point in adding that because in order to not get reported, you'd be forced not to do many upgrades at once for others to see. And if you're unable to do that, what's the point in adding it?
