Help/Support Google Play Error

Hello everyone! Please help.. Ive been trying to do an in app purchase, however I keep getting an error whenever I try to buy something. It says "Unfortunately your transaction can't be completed this time. Please try again later". After waiting for 4-5 hours and then trying to do an in app purchase again I still get the same error. Anyone know how to fix this? TY in advance guys!

Nope.. My android device is not rooted. And have no plans of rooting my device. You know how to fix this?

if your trying to do in app purchases and the game or the app, is a hacked apk, it doesn't work

The game app I believe is not a hacked apk because it came directly from google playstore.

 

Update: I tried buying a paid app twice in google playstore it was successful. And then I tried doing an in app purchase worth $9.99 got an error again. And then I tried buying an in app purchase worth $1, I was surprised because it succeeded. However I tried buying again because I have $20 on my account but I recieved the same error again.

I think I've received an error similar to this. May require a factory reset. Backup your data beforehand though.

I found a way to fix it.. Thanks anyway guys. Tried a lot of things lol
