Help/Support Need help with jailbreak

I really hope someone can help me, I half unininstalled Cydia because it stopped working by this I mean deleted the cydia app folder hoping that I could reinstall it via pp jailbreak now I can't do anything and I can't go to trash and put cydia back because I reset my phone I'm not seeing many options here with my knowledge, how can I get cydia fully off my phone so ppjailbreak reinstalls it and to top it off the day this happens is the day Apple stopped signing 9.3.3 I can't install deb files or I would use cydia eraser

You can reset your phone completely via a computer but your going to loose your whole jailbreak and if you don't back up your data :EX: photos, videos apps, will be deleted too.

I don't want to lose jailbreak phone still works just cydia doesn't

No cydia is gone I deleted the app folder but there is obviously some folders that I missed that need to bee deleted before pp jailbreak will reinstall cydia for me there is no longer a cydia icon on my home screen but there still are cydia sub folders there are to many to go through and delete one by one so I either need a way to install deb packages without cydia , a way to figure out which cydia file is preventing reinstalation or to be able to reset phone without losing jailbreak which I don't think is possible

Yea it's not possible to reset your phone without loosing your jailbreak, and also if Cydia can't be opened I don't think you can do anything to fix it .

I already reset my phone, in iOS 9.3.3 on iPhone 6 that does not get rid of cydia and its sub folders or any apps installed by cydia, but I can not restore my phone because Apple stopped singing 9.3.3 firmware

I don't think your understanding me I need cydia gone so I can have a fresh install but I can't install deb files to use cydia eraser
